LSAT Prep Programs Offering Discounts for Fee Waiver Students

How do you apply to law school for free or little to nothing? Applying to law school can be very expensive, and you might not realize that there are ways to get fees for your LSAT prep waived.

The first step to finding discounted LSAT prep is often through getting an LSAC Fee Waiver. Make sure to start there before beginning your LSAT prep journey, because many companies will want to see that before giving you a discount.

In this blog post, we have compiled a list of LSAT prep programs offering discounts to students with financial need!

Blueprint Prep offers reduced tuition scholarships for students who receive an LSAC fee waiver. There are two steps required to receive the discount:

  1. You must submit proof of an LSAC fee waiver and approval to the email info@blueprintprep.com.

  2. Call 1-888-427-7737 to enroll with the fee waiver discount.

Only first-time students qualify for reduced tuition, and it is important to contact them as soon as possible to begin the process, because it may take several weeks to be approved. Reduced tuition only applies to the recipient of the fee waiver; enrollment is non-transferable. For more details, click here. For more discounts offered by Blueprint Prep, click here

LSATMax offers an entire page of coupon codes, both current and expired, that discount their prep courses. With 95 prep tests, a digital LSAT simulator, detailed analytics, daily live classes with 99th percentile instructors, and 1,000+ hours of video, there are a multitude of services being offered by LSATMax that you can take advantage of— for a discounted price. One of their enticing offers for first-timers is that you can get your first hour of LSAT tutoring at a discounted price of $49 instead of the usual $200. Here is the link to the coupon page as well as their homepage for more details about LSATMax.

Kaplan is one of the more well-known LSAT prep programs, but it may not be known that they offer discounts for students with financial needs as well. Kaplan’s LSAT student discount is meant to benefit economically disadvantaged students who may not be able to afford Kaplan LSAT courses. The requirements for a discount code are simple, you must have your FASFA Student Aid Report, which shows your Expected Family Contribution (EFC), and you must fill out this form. After you submit and receive a response from the Kaplan team, eligible students can get up to 50% discount on their Kaplan course. This is awarded based on your verified EFC score from your current FAFSA. For more details about Kaplan’s student discounts, click here. For the coupon page, click here

Voted the best LSAT prep course in 2022, LSAT Lab provides discount codes for students, but are contained within their bulk purchase options. For example, you save 30% when you sign up for a program by paying for a full year, rather than monthly. You can save as much as $1,439 on LSAT Lab Tutoring and up to $429 on the classroom course, by paying for the yearlong course upfront. For LSAC fee waiver students more specifically, you could end up accessing the LSAT Lab Classroom course entirely free of charge. This free access is exclusive to the Live Online course, including access to additional closure materials and your course access will remain valid throughout the length of your LSAC fee waiver. Reach out to the LSAT Lab team to have your account updated accordingly and gain access to these LSAT benefits. Access their website here for prices.

The Princeton Review has been helping students get into law school for over 40 years now through their mission: “to provide personalized, innovative, best-in-class private tutoring, test prep, and admission products and services to help students knock down barriers and achieve their academic goals.” Discounts for these services are provided year-round and based on whenever you wish to sign up. They offer deals for LSAT courses as well sitewide so that students are not likely to miss out on the exclusive discounts. While discounts are being offered year-round, there are still deadlines. Quickly approaching is the enrollment date for their LSAT prep courses, February 8th, 2024, so it is important to apply ASAP!

7Sage LSAT has a fee waiver program that costs just $1. You read that correctly, just $1! If you have an LSAC fee waiver, you can enroll in the Fee Waiver Program and access 7Sage Core + Live for $1 as long as your fee waiver is active. Another benefit to being in the fee waiver program is that you qualify for 30% off tutoring services. To enroll, you must:

  1. Sign up for a free account

  2. Get an official LSAC LSAT LawHub Advantage subscription from LSAC. You should receive this for free with your fee waiver.

  3. Send your fee waiver to studentservice@7sage.com
